Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Note: Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

Contact us immediately at info@alittleboujee with your order number and details.

We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and offer a credit or refund if applicable.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your order at any time using the link provided.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
14-Day Return & Refund Policy
At A Little Boujee, we want you to love your new outfit addition. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The handbag must be unused, unworn, and in new condition.

It must be returned in its original sent dust bag, any accessories and packaging, if applicable.

You must provide proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt).

Items Not Eligible for Return
We cannot accept returns for:

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Clearance items marked as “Final Sale”

Custom or personalized handbags

Gift cards

Return Instructions

Email us at info@alittleboujee.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason for return.

We will reply with return instructions and the return shipping address.

Carefully repackage your handbag and ship it to us using a trackable shipping service.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We gladly exchange items if they arrive damaged during the postage process, unless the damage was stated when purchased. For exchange requests, please contact us within 14 days at info@alittleboujee.com.au with photos and your order number.
